arathon season is here. That means our clients and some
of us, coaches, are training for a long-distance race.
Marathon training involves more than just putting one
foot in front of the other. Nutrition during the training is as essen-
tial as the training plan your client will follow. Optimal nutrition
helps them develop speed and endurance, as well as experience
faster recovery after training sessions. As a marathon runner, I am
always looking for ways to simplify marathon training nutrition.
